Secure Delivery Methods

SUPPORTED SECURE DELIVERY METHODS
Email inbox delivery with the PostX Envelope
PostX Envelope is the patented PostX push technology to securely send emails directly to any desktop inbox without requiring the recipient to install or download software, have administrative rights, or manage keys. PostX Envelope is available using an offline or online authentication model for decryption of the emails. The offline model provides added value to recipients that travel or may operate out of network.
Email inbox delivery with the PostX Envelope with KeyServer
PostX Envelope is the patented PostX push technology to securely send emails directly to any desktop inbox without requiring the recipient to install or download software, have administrative rights, or manage keys. PostX Envelope is available using an offline or online authentication model for decryption of the emails. The online model requires the licensing of Envelope KeyServer, provides the necessary online key serving and management capabilities. This enables the recipients to authenticate and decrypt messages while online and therefore it provides for additional security and for enhanced non-repudiation measures for tracking. The Envelope KeyServer is included in the SecureDelivery Suite.
Delivery to a secure Web site with the PostX WebSafe
PostX WebSafe is a patented pull technology to deliver emails via a secure messaging portal, which recipients are sent a notification email containing a link to a website that stores the secured email and its attachments. PostX WebSafe email and attached documents follow the same lifecycle as those that are delivered via email, but after packaging, they are placed on a secure server where the recipient can access the messages in an inbox environment. WebSafe allows the customer to specify selected branding elements, specifically the company logo, screen titles, and certain hyperlinks. The PostX SecureCompose is included with WebSafe, which provides a mechanism for initiating an inbound secure email via the customer's web site and/or portal. The PostX SecureResponse is also included with WebSafe, which provides a secure mechanism for recipients to reply and forward the secured emails they receive.
Bundling of All Delivery Methods with the PostX SecureDelivery Suite
PostX SecureDelivery Suite is the bundled package of Secure Delivery Methods for customers wanting to utilize multiple Secure Delivery Methods, and/or do not want to decide upfront on the preferred choice of delivery, and/or want to evolve their secure communications to additional supported delivery methods in the future. SecureDelivery Suite also provides several Add-On Options for Secure Delivery products, all to provide a single comprehensive suite for secure messaging. The bundled suite includes the Secure Delivery Methods of the PostX Envelope, the PostX Envelope KeyServer, the PostX WebSafe, OpenPGP, and S/MIME, and the Add-On Options for Secure Delivery of SecureResponse and SecureCompose.
S/MIME Push with the PostX S/MIME
PostX S/MIME Gateway provides S/MIME gateway-to-gateway (a standard based on RSA's public-key encryption technology) signing and encryption/decryption at the gateway. S/MIME processes emails at the gateway only, for desktop capabilities, see the S/MIME Desktop for proxy and harvesting (Add-On Options for Secure Delivery). This gateway-to-gateway Secure Delivery Methods provides an automated mechanism for encryption and decryption between trusted domains and associated mail gateways.
PGP Push with the PostX OpenPGP
PostX OpenPGP Gateway provides integrated OpenPGP encryption and message delivery for the gateway. Using OpenPGP asymmetric keys, the OpenPGP delivery module provides automatic encryption, decryption, and digital signatures at the gateway for messages entering and leaving the organization at the gateway. TLS Gateway-to-Gateway
PostX TLS fully supports the utilization of TLS (Transport Layer Security), which is a popular protocol that guarantees privacy and data integrity between client/server applications.

Automated, Secure User-Recovery of Passwords
PostX SecureRecover provides customers a secure and convenient method for enabling recipients to decrypt Envelopes if credentials are forgotten or changed. This reduces the costs of help desk support for the customer via an automated mechanism. This Add-On Option for Secure Delivery product is included in the PostX Envelope, WebSafe, PxMail, PxEnvelope, WebSafe, and SecureDelivery Suite offerings.
Recipient Initiated Secure Email
PostX SecureCompose provides a mechanism for initiating an inbound secure email via the customer's web site and/or portal. This Add-On Options for Secure Delivery product is included in the PxEnvelope, WebSafe, and SecureDelivery Suite offerings.
Recipient Secure Reply and Forward
PostX SecureResponse provides a secure mechanism for recipients to reply and forward the secured emails they receive. The offering embeds a form into PostX Envelope for recipients to provide either structured or unstructured responses. This Add-On Options for Secure Delivery product is included in the PxMail, PxEnvelope, WebSafe, and SecureDelivery Suite offerings.
Customer service portal integration and branding
" PostX WebSafe Developer is built on the PostX WebSafe product for secure pull messaging. WebSafe Developer enables and provides the capabilities for advanced integration into existing back-office and application infrastructure, such as CRM or web portals. The customer can control the look and feel of the WebSafe Developer user interface by incorporating customized graphics, style sheets, and page designs. Additional functionality, such as page navigation and portal integration, is also available with WebSafe Developer.
Large File and FTP Support
PostX WebSafe LargeFile is built on the PostX WebSafe product for secure pull messaging. WebSafe LargeFile enables and provides the capabilities for customers to utilize the WebSafe solution beyond email for the delivery of large files (up to 75 Megs in size) and FTP (File Transfer Protocol). The offering requires the PostX WebSafe Secure Delivery Method.
S/MIME and OpenPGP Support at the Desktop
PostX S/MIME Desktop and the PostX OpenPGP Desktop are enhancements to the gateway secure delivery methods for extending the support, harvesting, and management to the desktop. In situations that require the extension of the S/MIME and/or OpenPGP gateway capability throughout the enterprise to the desktop, these desktop proxy provides a turn-key solution.
PostX EnvelopeSignature (branded electronic postmark)
PostX EnvelopeSignature enables customers to create their branded electronic mark (authenticated, personalized stamp) with date and time stamp verification and tamper detection. With EnvelopeSignature, messages are signed with the organization's private key, enabling the recipient of information to verify both the authenticity of the information's origin and that the information is intact. PostX EnvelopeSignature provides assurance of document authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation.
FIPS 140-1 and 140-2 Compliance
SA Crypto-J BSAFEŽ allows customers to utilize a FIPS-class encryption offering, typically for government communications. The option provides the ability to seamlessly integrate into the RSA BSAFE offering (AES, RC4, SHA-1 and RSA algorithms only) for all supported PostX OS platforms. The Add-On Options for Secure Delivery product is licensed solely for the encryption and decryption of content sent to and from licensed PostX product(s).
USPS Electronic Postmark
The USPS Electronic Postmark (USPS EPM) was co-developed with the US Postal Service, and features date and time stamp verification, tamper detection, and the Federal legal protections of a traditional postmark. The EPM guarantees the integrity of the document and the time it was created.
